TRANS LEX WORK Ltd. is a company committed to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. TLW Ltd. operates an Integrated Quality Management System for the regulation of its technical and economic activities, which it continuously develops and expands. The Management System has been established in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 9001:2015, MSZ EN ISO/IEC 14001:2015, MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and VCA/SCC**-2018/6.0 standards.

TLW Ltd.’s Diagnostic and Materials Testing Laboratory, as an autonomous, independent organisational unit of the Company, operates in accordance with the regulations of the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 international standard and meets the quality management requirements of customers and the National Accreditation Authority. The Managing Directors of TLW Ltd. ensure the Laboratory’s independence and guarantee that its activities are free from influence and impartial.

In order to ensure proper operation, our company provides the necessary human and material resources for all of its organisational units, and to this end:

  • It provides appropriate, healthy and safe working conditions for carrying out technical activities.
  • It undertakes to ensure that the work is performed by personnel with appropriate qualifications and expertise.
  • It undertakes the procurement and maintenance of work equipment and machinery (including the Laboratory’s measuring and testing devices and equipment), the carrying out of the required inspections, verifications and calibrations, and the continuous development of its equipment inventory.
  • It ensures the development of the staff’s professional knowledge, as well as the acquisition and practical implementation of new technical solutions, maintenance and testing procedures, and methods.
  • It supports and encourages the professional training and continuing education of TLW Ltd. staff.

The Managing Directors of our company actively participate in the organisation and implementation of the quality management programme, continuously monitor the operation of the Management System and assess the effectiveness of the system at least once a year, making decisions on the required corrective actions and directions for development.

Trans Lex Work Ltd. collects, processes and stores its own business information and personal data, as well as such information and data relating to customers that come into its possession, securely and confidentially, in accordance with the applicable EU data protection regulations.

The entire staff of the company perform their work in accordance with professional and ethical expectations, to the best of their knowledge and ability. The appropriately established multi-level communication system ensures that personnel clearly understand and embrace the fundamental objectives of the Management System, and are aware of the significance and impact of their own activities.

The general quality management objectives of TLW Ltd. are as follows:

Providing professional services of a high technical standard to partners.

  • Accurate understanding and fulfilment of customer requirements and expectations.
  • Increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Employing appropriately qualified staff and continuously enhancing the professional competence of personnel through professional training and education.
  • Continuous development of the technical infrastructure, machinery and tools, testing devices and instruments.
  • Learning, mastering, and integrating the latest developments in industry and information technology into services and products.
  • Continuous monitoring of legislative and regulatory changes, as well as changes to the relevant standards, and keeping personnel up to date.
  • Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Management System.

The quality management objectives of the Laboratory:

  • Continuous development and improvement in the quality of tests.
  • Professional performance of testing, free from substantive or quality-related deficiencies.
  • Continuous improvement of participation in proficiency testing.
  • Adoption of new, modern testing methods and including them in the scope of accreditation.

The environmental management objectives of TLW Ltd. are as follows:

  • Continuous reduction of adverse environmental impacts and harmful emissions.
  • Prevention of environmental pollution and minimisation of hazardous waste generation.
  • Preference for environmentally friendly, material- and energy-efficient technologies and products during procurement, development and technical activities.

The HSE (VCA/SCC) objectives of TLW Ltd. are as follows:

  • Prevention of personal injuries and material and environmental damage.
  • Continuous improvement of work culture and of conscious, responsible behaviour with regard to both the company’s own employees and subcontractors.
  • Measurement of the performance of the company’s HSE management system and the identification, planning and implementation of development opportunities.

It is mandatory for all employees of TLW Ltd. to be familiar with the company’s quality policy and quality objectives. The staff of TLW Ltd. have become familiar with and understood the content of the Quality Management Manual, and perform their work in accordance with it.
