ISO 9001
Since the spring of 1997, when we first obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification, we have undergone numerous changes. The ISO 9001:2015 standard represents a global benchmark for Trans Lex Work Ltd., setting out the principles of the quality management system (QMS – Quality Management System.) Customer focus, continuous improvement, the active involvement of management, a focus on processes and information-driven decision-making are the cornerstones underpinning our goal of enhancing company performance, refining our internal processes and achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
Within the framework of ISO 9001, Trans Lex Work Ltd. applies a comprehensive and systematic approach to its quality management strategy, promoting greater efficiency and a stronger market position.
ISO 14001
At Trans Lex Work Ltd., ISO 14001 sets the framework for the environmental management system (EMS – Environmental Management System), which focuses on improving environmental performance, preventing pollution and achieving sustainability goals. This standard requires the effective management of environmental impacts, including waste reduction, improved energy efficiency and compliance with environmental legislation.
By following the principles of ISO 14001, Trans Lex Work Ltd. is committed to continuous environmental improvement, ensuring that its activities minimise negative impacts on the environment. Using the EMS enables us to proactively manage and continuously improve our environmental performance, while maintaining our competitiveness and complying with environmental regulations.
Accredited Diagnostics and Materials Testing Laboratory
The Diagnostics and Materials Testing Laboratory accredited to the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard plays a prominent role in the operations of Trans Lex Work Ltd., and is particularly important during machinery assembly and repair work, where a thorough technical condition assessment is essential. The precise tests carried out by our laboratory make it possible to assess the technical condition of machinery accurately, which is indispensable for safe and efficient operation.
The wide range of tests, from visual inspection to special diagnostic and non-destructive materials testing procedures, ensures that all necessary information is available. Trans Lex Work Ltd. is committed to continuously developing its testing activities and expanding its capacity and quality through specialised training and significant technological investments.
As a result, our laboratory is able to carry out high-quality condition assessments not only of rotating machinery but also of static devices, such as pressure vessels and storage tanks, combining this with project management and comprehensive services. Our laboratory guarantees high-quality and reliable work.
Additional qualifications
SCC/VCA certification
Trans Lex Work Ltd. is committed to meeting the requirements for carrying out hazardous work, and we are therefore proud to say that we have held SCC/VCA – Safety Certificate for Contractors – certification since 2017. This certificate may only be awarded to companies that carry out high-risk activities and comply with the strict HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) regulations.
In Hungary, we work together with the Hungarian representative office of the Belgium-based certification body Vincotte International, which has been auditing our company regularly since December 2016. By obtaining SCC/VCA certification, we not only demonstrate our commitment to workplace safety and HSE regulations, but also strengthen our market position and inspire confidence in our partners.
Tank Inspection Qualification
Trans Lex Work Ltd. stands out in the inspection of tanks used for storing hazardous and non-hazardous materials, having held the required tank inspection authorisation since 2011. With our experienced, qualified specialists and accredited laboratory, we identify and address deviations, defects and leaks arising in tanks, thereby ensuring operational safety and compliance with the regulations of Government Decree 216/2019. (IX. 5.).
Our comprehensive service includes carrying out repairs and rechecking them, enabling smooth operation. Our customers value the simplicity of the service, the transparency of the documentation and the traceability of the interventions. We recommend carrying out internal structural inspections every 10 years, taking into account operational and environmental risks, thereby promoting safe and sustainable operation.
