Process and Marketing Innovation at TRANS LEX WORK Kft.

TRANS LEX WORK Kft. received HUF 49,322,063 in non-refundable EU funding under the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme to implement process and marketing innovation. The support was granted to introduce remote diagnostic technologies, AI based data analysis and automated workflows, improving diagnostic accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The project also supports environmentally conscious operations and strengthens competitiveness in servicing SEVESO III classified industrial facilities.

Improving Workforce Adaptability and Productivity through Training

Within this project, TRANS LEX WORK Kft. was awarded HUF 16,453,960 in EU funding to support workforce development. The grant was used to finance professional, technical; language and digital skills training aimed at improving employee adaptability and productivity. The project strengthens the company’s ability to respond to labour market challenges, particularly in energy intensive industrial sectors, while improving long term competitiveness.

Technological Development Supporting Modern Industrial Operations

TRANS LEX WORK Kft. received HUF 78,226,828 in non-refundable EU funding to support technological development. The subsidy enabled the acquisition of advanced machinery and equipment, including dynamic balancing technology, to improve in house manufacturing and maintenance capabilities. The project reduced lead times, increased precision, and expanded the company’s service portfolio within industrial rotating machinery maintenance.

SMART UP Predictive Maintenance Knowledge Base and Support System

Under this market driven R&D project, supported by state funding through the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, TRANS LEX WORK Kft. developed the SMART UP predictive maintenance system. The funding was granted to create an Industry 4.0–aligned, real time condition monitoring and maintenance strategy support platform for rotating machinery. The system enables risk based, condition dependent maintenance and directly supports operational safety, availability, and cost efficiency in SEVESO III facilities.
