We handle a wide range of steam and gas turbines, various compressors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, centrifuges, extruders and mixing equipment to a high standard. In our work, we aim not only to maintain the condition of existing machines, but also to provide innovative solutions to unique and special technical challenges, enabling the machines’ performance to be increased, modernised and, where appropriate, completely converted. Our activities, centred on innovation and continuous development, are also supported using state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques and devices.
The quality of our work is evidenced not only by tangible results, but also by comprehensive documentation, which details the repairs carried out, the materials and parts used, as well as the results of the technical inspections. This documentation not only guarantees transparency and traceability but also provides written confirmation of the high professional standard of our work. Our commitment to quality and innovation makes us one of the market’s leading players.
SMART-UP® - Maintenance made even easier!
SMART-UP® offers a key solution for implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. This online diagnostic monitoring system has been designed specifically for rotating machinery and is offered as a user-friendly, subscription-based service for visualising data on the current condition and service history of the equipment.
With SMART-UP®, a condition-based, predictive maintenance strategy can be implemented, providing support for technical professionals and decision-makers. The system provides a clear interface for the structured display of technical data and offers a comprehensive knowledge base relating to the machines.
Efficiently designed and implemented predictive maintenance programmes offer significant benefits to companies, as integrated predictive technologies are able to predict potential failures, thus enabling proactive intervention even before problems arise. As a result, by using SMART-UP®, companies can increase the efficiency of their operations, reduce unplanned shutdowns and optimise the life span of their machines.

Maintenance under framework agreements
Our company offers maintenance services through framework agreements, enabling customers to request the required maintenance annually or every 2–3 years, on the basis of tailored individual orders for each machine group. This approach provides flexibility in customising maintenance plans, allowing companies to receive a service that precisely meets their needs.
Maintenance carried out at predetermined intervals optimises machine performance, minimises the risk of faults and extends the life span of the equipment. Our framework agreements guarantee that our customers can always access maintenance services of the highest standard in a timely and efficient manner, with a personalised approach.
Framework agreements for high-volume shutdowns
Trans Lex Work Ltd. takes on customised orders tailored to periods of plant shut-down under framework agreements. These special agreements allow us to provide our partners with personalised maintenance and repair services during plant shut-downs, precisely adapted to their needs. Agreements of this type promote efficient and timely maintenance, minimising downtime resulting from plant shut-downs and maximising the uninterrupted operation of production processes.
Our company is committed to offering its customers reliable, flexible and efficient solutions related to plant shutdowns, thereby supporting smooth operation and the long-term sustainability of the machines.
Customised maintenance
We give particular attention to ad hoc orders and enquiries, particularly in the field of rotating machinery assembly and maintenance work. These services enable us to respond quickly and efficiently to customers’ urgent and specific requirements. As part of customised maintenance tasks, we offer immediate intervention in unexpected situations, with the aim of quickly resolving specific problems related to rotating machinery.
This flexible approach ensures that customers’ equipment can continue to operate optimally as quickly as possible. Our expertise and experience guarantee that, during our rotating machinery assembly and maintenance work, we always offer the best solutions, minimising operational downtime and supporting the long-term, uninterrupted operation of the machines.
New equipment installation and commissioning
Trans Lex Work Ltd. undertakes the installation and commissioning of newly delivered equipment with exceptional care and precision. Fast and efficient work ensures that the new machines operate reliably and without interruption.
Our experienced specialists carry out the tasks precisely and safely, minimising operational risks and guaranteeing optimum performance. Professional commissioning and the carrying out of the required tests ensure, to the full satisfaction of our customers, that they can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the new equipment.
Dynamic balancing
Our services include dynamic on-site and bench balancing, which ensures optimum machine operation and a long-life span for rotating machinery by effectively addressing imbalances in rotating machinery components.
We perform bench balancing with accredited measuring instruments. Our experienced specialists, using specialised equipment, carry out precise balancing, minimising vibration and guaranteeing the reliability of the equipment.
Dynamic on-site balancing
In many cases, the vibration of rotating machinery is caused by rotor imbalance. Imbalance results in high vibration, which damages the bearings and components. This increases maintenance costs, reduces the equipment’s life span and lowers operational reliability.
For certain machine types, it is possible to balance the rotating machine component (e.g. a fan impeller) on site while installed.
In such cases, balancing is carried out using a portable measuring and balancing instrument at operating speed (driven by the machine’s own motor). It is possible to carry out single-plane (e.g. fan) or multi-plane (e.g. generator) on-site balancing. Balancing can be performed by adding or removing weight.
A major advantage of on-site balancing is that this activity is the final step of repair and maintenance, meaning that it is carried out on the machine’s own bearings and foundation, in a fully assembled and adjusted condition; therefore, after balancing, the equipment can be put into operation with low vibration levels.

Dynamic bench balancing
The balance of rotating machine components is a fundamental requirement for smooth, vibration-free and reliable operation. The machine components to be balanced may include shafts, discs, assembled components, and the rotors of rotating machinery (e.g. motors, pumps, fans, turbo compressors, centrifuges, turbines, generators, etc.).
The degree of balance and the prescribed values are defined by standards. We carry out balancing in the workshop on a newly acquired SCHENCK balancing station. Our balancing machine is a calibrated device that meets the highest technical standards.
Maximum capacities of the balancing bench:
- max. diameter: 1600 mm
- max. mass: 3000 kg
- max. length: 5000 mm
- max. RPM: 1100 1/min
The larger components can be rotated by Cardan drive, while the smaller components can be rotated by flat-belt drive.
The machine automatically calculates the required correction mass and its angular position, whether weight is to be removed or added. Two-plane or multi-plane dynamic balancing, weight splitting, compliance with a specified standard category, and automatic preparation of documentation are also possible.
Learn more about our dynamic bench balancing service, which is key to the optimal operation of machines and equipment. By using our service, you can not only extend the life span of your equipment, but also reduce operating costs, while we help you achieve your sustainability goals.
