GDPR – Data Management Regulation of TLW Ltd.

According to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and in line with the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information in Hungary, Trans Lex Work Ltd. entered into force its own approved Data Management Regulation as of 25 May 2018. This document regulates how to handle and protect personal information that can be used to identify natural persons (TLW Kft.'s Data Management Regulation can be found here).
The data management policy of TLW Ltd. covers all personal data processed by the company, including the data of internal employees, all third parties' personal data and its representatives and employees, either as a contractual partner, subcontractor, supplier or other external party.
In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR regulation, we inform you that the personal data of natural persons (employees, business representatives, contributors, the persons concerned) will be communicated in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract(s) between our companies and the non-contractual relations.
TLW Ltd. informs you that the personal data of the persons concerned who have been notified as a recipient of information for TLW Ltd. in connection with the fulfillment of the contractual obligations or other contact activities are stored and managed by TLW in line with the the Data Management Regulation.
