Generation Change with new management at TLW Ltd.
Dear Partners!
We would like to inform you about the significant changes in TLW Ltd.'s history. As you may have been informed in May 2017, Mr. Lajos Magyar bought out the ownership of Mr. Lajos Kelemen the general manager and co-owner of TLW Ltd., while celebrating the 25th anniversary of TLW Ltd. together.
In 2018, the generation change has finally concluded after a long-term detailed and precise takeover process supported by the colleagues, which was taking place between 2013 and 2017. As of 1 June 2018 Mrs. Katalin Magyar and Mr. Gábor Kiss are acting as general managers.
Our goal is to keep up our previously successful 25 years of history for another 25 years - at least - , with many innovations, professional rotating machine installation, maintenance and condition monitoring services, accredited diagnostic and material testing activities, and sales of Howden Group’s rotating machineries and their spare parts.
We are looking forward to continue our cooperation!

Celebrating 25th anniversary of TLW
In November 2017 we have celebrated the 26th anniversary of TLW with our Partners and Employees.
We have started our great adventure in 1992 with a reconstruction project after the war in Iran, and we are having a great journey still.
It was a great pleasure to celebrate with more than 100 of our Partners, with our Employees and with their Families. We believe that there will be as many successful projects with You as we had in the previous 25 years.

TLW Ltd. succeeds the Accreditation of the Diagnostic and Material Testing Laboratory
After several years of hard work and acquiring a lot of qualifications, we are happy to announce the National Accreditation of our Diagnostic and Material testing Laboratory as of 7 June 2018.

GDPR – Data Management Regulation of TLW Ltd.

According to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and in line with the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information in Hungary, Trans Lex Work Ltd. entered into force its own approved Data Management Regulation as of 25 May 2018. This document regulates how to handle and protect personal information that can be used to identify natural persons (TLW Kft.'s Data Management Regulation can be found here).
The data management policy of TLW Ltd. covers all personal data processed by the company, including the data of internal employees, all third parties' personal data and its representatives and employees, either as a contractual partner, subcontractor, supplier or other external party.
In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR regulation, we inform you that the personal data of natural persons (employees, business representatives, contributors, the persons concerned) will be communicated in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract(s) between our companies and the non-contractual relations.
TLW Ltd. informs you that the personal data of the persons concerned who have been notified as a recipient of information for TLW Ltd. in connection with the fulfillment of the contractual obligations or other contact activities are stored and managed by TLW in line with the the Data Management Regulation.
